I need a new collar...

I mean look at it!

Ridiculous, isn't it?
 I've had this stinky Mickey Mouse collar for 2 years now! It's falling apart!
How in the world am I supposed to impress the neighborhood dogs looking like this?
No wonder the squirrels torment me.
Someone tell my parents to buy me a new one!!
